The LAUSD Education Foundation (LAEF) is dedicated to advancing equity and opportunity for all students in the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). The Foundation serves as a bridge between the District and the private sector, mobilizing expertise and resources to enhance targeted programs, expand learning opportunities, and ensure that every child has the tools to learn, thrive, and succeed.
Founded in 2002 and re-launched in 2025, LAEF has raised over $18M to support LAUSD students and staff growth and excellence, proving what’s possible for the second largest school district in the nation.
